Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. There is a 1-3 day processing time before regular orders are shipped. For custom oreders, there is a 1-3 day processing time after mock ups are approved by the customer. Once shipped you will recieve an estimated delivery date based on your chosen method of delivery.
Q. What is your refund and exchange policy?
A. Each item is handmade therefore we do not issue refunds. Exchanges will be given based on each situation. If you have an issue with your item(s) we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.
